The members of Partners Against Crime, District 3 (PAC3) welcome you and your neighborhood to our organization.
We are much more than our name implies—we also strive to educate and provide our neighborhoods with tools necessary to continue building a strong community.
Our monthly meetings highlight the many different City/County resources and non-profit organizations that make Durham a wonderful place to live.
PAC3 meets on the on the 2nd Saturday of each month at the Community & Family Life Recreation Center at Lyon Park, 1313 Halley Street, Durham 27707. Meetings are open to citizens living or working in District 3. We look forward to meeting you!

January's guest speaker Bertha Johnson, Director of the Department of Budget & Management Services for the City of Durham will present an overview of the 2015-2016 budget development and oversight process; specifically, how the budget is developed, sources of revenue for the City of Durham, and the services and programs funded by the City of Durham.

In addition to the featured topic, the meeting will include reports from various City Departments and our District 3 Commander, Captain David Addison. This meeting offers you the opportunity to voice your concerns, questions and comments.
