The members of Partners Against Crime, District 3 (PAC3) welcome you and your neighborhood to our organization.
We are much more than our name implies—we also strive to educate and provide our neighborhoods with tools necessary to continue building a strong community.
Our monthly meetings highlight the many different City/County resources and non-profit organizations that make Durham a wonderful place to live.
PAC3 meets on the on the 2nd Saturday of each month at the Community & Family Life Recreation Center at Lyon Park, 1313 Halley Street, Durham 27707. Meetings are open to citizens living or working in District 3. We look forward to meeting you!

Next PAC3 Meeting: Saturday, Nov 8, 10 a.m. - noon, at
Community & Family Life Recreation Center at Lyon Park, 1313 Halley Street, Durham 27707. Meeting Topic: "Our Transit Future." Come and learn about the proposed 17.1-mile Durham-Orange Light Rail Transit (D-O LRT) Project. The line will extend from UNC (UNC Hospitals Station) to east Durham (Alston Ave/NCCU Station). Approximately 50% of the line will run through District 3, and four of the five proposed locations for the only maintenance site are located in District 3.
