The members of Partners Against Crime, District 3 (PAC3) welcome you and your neighborhood to our organization.
We are much more than our name implies—we also strive to educate and provide our neighborhoods with tools necessary to continue building a strong community.
Our monthly meetings highlight the many different City/County resources and non-profit organizations that make Durham a wonderful place to live.
PAC3 meets on the 2nd Saturday of each month at the Community & Family Life Recreation Center at Lyon Park, 1313 Halley Street, Durham 27707. Meetings are open to citizens living or working in District 3. We look forward to meeting you!

INC's mission is to promote the quality, stability and vitality of Durham’s residential neighborhoods. By attending to both headline-making issues and everyday matters, the INC has been an effective advocate for neighborhood residents and an influential participant in making Durham a better place to live. Breaking news about crime and crime prevention is shared in these e-mail messages. PAC3 meeting reminders, meeting minutes, and a monthly newsletter published by Durham Neighborhood Improvement Services are also posted on the listserv.
